Secure CHL was birthed, like most endeavors, out of passion and a whole lot of faith. Our vision is to teach CHL training, physical security, situational awareness and tactical training to both beginners and advanced individuals and groups.  At Secure CHL, we are disarming fear, one person at a time!

Secure CHL is owned and operated by Mitchel Chapman and his wife, Sharlie Chapman. As Concealed Handgun License (CHL) holders, and Mitchel, a certified Texas Department of Public Safety Texas CHL Instructor, the Chapman’s take proper gun handling and personal security very seriously. In addition, Mitchel has achieved a number of certifications pertaining to the security field that aid him in being a highly qualified instructor.

Mitchel also holds his Federal Firearms License (FFL) allowing him to engage in a business pertaining to the sale of firearms and ammunition. Holding an FFL to engage in certain activities has been a legal requirement within the United States of America since the enactment of the Gun Control Act in 1968. Mitchel can also deal in Title II NFA firearms as well as suppressors.
